RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

We take pride in building durable, high-quality shooting targets. Due to the nature of these products, all returns are subject to strict conditions.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unshot

  • Be in original condition

  • Show no signs of impact, wear, or damage

  • Not be modified in any way (no drilling, cutting, welding, repainting, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Targets that have been used or shot

  • Products damaged due to:

    • Improper caliber or ammunition (including steel core or armor-piercing rounds)

    • Shooting at unsafe distances

    • Improper mounting or setup

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Proper Use & Safety

By purchasing our products, you agree to use them safely and as intended.

  • Use only appropriate calibers and ammunition

  • Follow safe shooting distances

  • Ensure proper mounting and angle

Any misuse voids all return eligibility.
Normal wear from use is expected and is not considered a defect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
